The rooms are new with a kitchenette, great location near shopping, Sacramento, and fast food places, also centrally located.

Our room was supposedly "no smoking" but it smelled of smoke

Had a great stay considering the price we paid. The rooms were super clean and looked brand new, equipped with a full-size fridge, a TV, and a handy little kitchen area. The location was nice and quiet, and it was conveniently close to shopping spots and the airport.

Poor TV picture quality, even though a fairly new flat screen. A recklessly noisy bathroom fan. Forget Grab and Go breakfast. Just go down the street and get real food, unless you just want a muffin,apple or granola bar

The hotel had polite staff that I greatly enjoyed. The location was exceptionally nice for West Sacramento, really close to the shopping area and fast food restaurants. Lake Tahoe Loop was only 2 miles away from the property.

I did like that the staff tried to help.

The first room was nasty, the stove was dirty, and when I went to use the bathroom their was waste on the toilet.

The location here is peaceful and convenient, being close to downtown, fast food spots, shopping areas, and easy to get to.

Half way point on a trip to the bay area. Close to Ikea and many other places to shop . Room was clean and comfortable . Staff was very helpful

The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean and brand-new. They have full-size fridges and kitchenettes. The location is marvelous and exceptionally nice.

Bed was very hard. Every single towel was stained with black, yellow, or purple spots. If you can call them towels, honestly I though we just had 5 bath mats by mistake- they were so tiny and thin. Coffee splatter on the walls and on the broken recliner. Said it had a fully stocked kitchen...we didn't even have a coffee maker. Not even a pen in the room. Ridiculous you have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk in order to get new ones. Each time I went to the front desk I had to wait several minutes for someone to appear and help me. At check in we waited 15 minutes for someone to appear. I gave up calling the front desk since no ever answered the phone.

We had such a great stay for the price. Everything was great - clean hotel, good location in the middle of Jackson. The room was brand-new and perfect, with a rollaway cot and earplugs provided.

Very good value for money, nothing fancy but everything i need: clean, good bed, convenient location for West Sacramento, good price.

The location, room, and day staff were good. Property Manager was responsive and apologetic to my check in problems in a follow up phone call. She offered a certificate for a free stay, but we never received it.

Night check-in clerk was rude and unaware of corporate policy allowing guests to checkin with paperwork from the credit card purchaser vs having the actual credit card. Although I tried to explain the procedure, she became irritated and refused to give me a room. It wasn't until I stated I would call the police to intervene that she checked with management and discovered I was correct. There wasn't any apology for her error. Rather she became more agitated , blaming management for not putting paperwork in the right spot. It took me about a half hour to check in. When I got to the room, I found the kitchen didn't have any dishes, pots and pans, or silverware. I had planned on using these facilities, but there was no way I was going back to the night clerk for assistance or round 2. In the morning, the day clerk explained I should have been asked at check-in if I wanted a kitchen setup. Clearly this didn't happen at check-in, but the day clerk assisted me to provide the items I needed.
